In 1-on-1 Coaching sessions, I work from a body-oriented approach. The body always has valuable information to share. I work holistically and draw upon a variety of methods, depending on what is needed in the moment. You will learn to listen more deeply to your own body and reconnect with what is happening within, all from a place of groundedness within yourself.
Private Yoga Nidra
A Private Yoga Nidra session is a deeply relaxing, guided meditation fully tailored to your needs. Yoga Nidra is a form of restorative guided meditation, which invites the body to enter a profound state of healing and relaxation. It helps to improve sleep, reduces anxiety and stress, better immune function and fosters a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.
Co-meditation Dyad
A Co-meditation Dyad is a personal, 1-on-1, meditation where you are given the space to simply be with your own internal experience – thoughts, emotions, sensations, and beliefs. As your co-meditation partner, I hold space for you in this beautiful process of self-inquiry. Together, we meet whatever is present in the moment, without judgment and without trying to fix anything.
