A MONTHLY ONLINE CIRCLE
The Resting Mothers
Where deep rest meets
the rawness of motherhood
For the mother who holds it all together, and needs to be held too. A space to rest, share and be held by women who get it.
Open to mothers at every stage - including those still waiting to meet their baby.
What this is
"That feeling when someone finally just gets it - without you having to explain the whole thing.”
Once a month, on a Sunday evening, you step away from the doing. No agenda to prepare for, no version of yourself to perform. Just a small circle of women. Some with babies in their arms, some with toddlers finally asleep, some still growing their baby.
We share what's real, we rest together. We remember that we're not alone in this.

This is for you if
⏾ You sometimes feel lonely in this love-filled chapter of your life
⏾ You miss real connection with like-minded women
⏾ You’re in your head a lot - planning, solving, preparing - and you’re longing to just be for a while
⏾ You’re waiting for the perfect moment to rest, and it never quite arrives
⏾ Somewhere you know that simply being present with your baby is enough, and you want to believe it more
⏾ You’re looking for a place to come back to regularly
This circle welcomes you wherever you are. Pregnant, postpartum, or years into the journey. That mix is intentional. There's something that happens when women at different stages sit together.
"As a mother, you will never be more productive than you already are - simply by being present."

This is the first season of The Resting Mothers. A small circle of women meeting once a month for four months. In each gathering we’ll incorporate elements of the season we’re in. The start date will be decided together with the first members.
You're not just joining a circle. You're helping shape it. Your voice matters here (although there’s never any pressure to contribute), and we move with what is alive in the group.
There's always room for what you bring - your needs, your questions, what's alive in you.
This circle belongs to all who join.
Contribution:
€99 for the first season, all four months (just under €25/month).
Members also receive 25% off 1-on-1 sessions.
If the contribution feels like a stretch right now, reach out. We'll figure something out.
The intention is to continue after these four months, for those who want to keep coming back.

From your host
I’m Jolanda - proud mom of a beautiful 7 month old daughter,
Holistic Coach & Deep Rest Facilitator.
Recovering from long COVID and trauma brought me back home to my body and allowed me to truly receive the gift of rest. It also brought us here in Sweden, following our hearts to live amidst nature and stillness.
I find deep meaning in holding nervous-system friendly spaces for softness, connection and rest. Spaces where you feel seen, heard and held.
Since becoming a mother I've been longing for spaces like this. Where women can simply be together, held in the journey of motherhood, without needing to show up as anything other than themselves.
You're welcome here exactly as you are. Because that's enough.
You're doing great, mama.
Much love and warmth from a fellow mother
