Join my online Yoga Nidra sessions - an invitation to slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
These sessions are beginner-friendly and accessible to all. We begin with gentle mindfulness or somatic movement to help you arrive in the body and settle into the present moment. This is followed by a reading of poetry and a deeply nourishing, guided Yoga Nidra meditation.
You can join from the comfort of your own home - whether that's your bed, yoga mat, rug, couch, or favorite cozy chair. Just make sure you're warm, supported, and wearing your comfiest outfit.
After the session, you're welcome to stay for a short sharing circle - space to ask questions, share your experience, or simply rest together in silence.
You’ll also receive a recording of the practice to revisit anytime you like.
Can’t make it live? I’m happy to send you the recording so you can practice in your own time.
