Rest at Work

Yoga Nidra for organizations is practical, accessible, and easy to integrate into the workday. Employees lie or sit comfortably and actively do nothing - this is precisely what makes it so effective. They are guided into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where the body releases tension, the brain recovers, and sleep quality improves.

The ‘Rest at Work’ program consists of weekly online themed sessions (approx. 60 minutes), which may include the following*:

  • A gentle check-in to arrive and settle

  • Introduction to the theme (e.g. stress, coping with change)

  • Relaxation exercise

  • 20-30 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra

  • Time for integration, reflection, and the option to share or write down personal insights

  • Online platform with all the recordings available - for at home or at the office

*Every program is customized. The duration and content of the sessions are tailored to the needs of the organization.
