1-on-1 Coaching
In 1-on-1 coaching sessions, I work from a body-oriented approach, because the body always has valuable information to share. Often, throughout our lives, we lose the connection with our body. We might feel, at times (or often, or always), like a “walking head”. It can become difficult – or even impossible – to find rest and relaxation. This disconnection can arise from stress, but also from traumatic experiences or chronic physical complaints and illnesses. In such cases, feeling into the body can become so uncomfortable or even unsafe that we “shut off” our ability to feel, doing so as a form of self-protection.
With body-oriented coaching, you will learn to listen more deeply to (the signals of) your own body and reconnect with what is happening within. From a place of groundedness in yourself, you will learn to navigate stress, tension and emotions and regulate yourself in a gentle, supportive way. Over time, you’ll discover more and more what it feels like to be rooted in rest.
I work holistically and draw upon a variety of methods, depending on what is needed in the moment. My approach is inspired by nature, systemic work, body-oriented somatic exercises, breath awareness, Yoga Nidra, Co-Meditation Dyads and transactional analysis. I enjoy incorporating creative methods, such as drawing, painting, using the voice, or engaging in theatre. If needed, we may also explore your lifestyle together, including aspects like nutrition and sleep. However, remember that you are always in charge. You know best what serves you in each moment. Everything is invitational, and we can explore these paths together if it feels right for you.
Who might benefit from 1-on-1 coaching?
Anyone who feels the need for rest, no matter the reason. Rest for the body, the mind, and the heart. Do you recognize any of the following?

If so, 1-on-1 coaching might be for you. Please contact me for an intake session. The intake session lasts 30 minutes and is always free of charge.
Costs
1-on-1 online coaching: €80,- / 875 SEK for an online session of 60 minutes.
In-person coaching: €95,- / 1,050 SEK for a session of 75 minutes (in Kristinehamn, Sweden). We can decide together whether to have the session indoors, take a walk in nature, of have the session outdoors in a setting that feels comfortable for you.
I offer a discounted rate for those booking multiple sessions.
